There are cheaper buckets out there, but we chose these because, simply, they're well made, we believe in the seller and their integrity. And keeping your food stored is key.
See our food storage section for details. But you'll need mylar bags, to seal in the beans (or whatever), and a strip that sucks out air (which is included in the mylar bag kit).
Sealing the tops of the buckets isn't that hard, but it isn't exactly self explanatory either. Line up the slots, and then use a soft rubber mallet or similar to bang it shut.
